Last updated: October 16, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of michiganenergysave.com (the “Site”), operated by (“Michigan Energy Savings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What We Do

Michigan Energy Savings provides information about residential solar energy and helps Michigan homeowners request free solar savings estimates. We may connect you with independent solar installation and financing providers who serve your area. Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, we are not a solar installer, lender or utility.

Michigan Energy Savings is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of DTE Energy, Consumers Energy, or any other utility or government agency.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and submit a request. By submitting a request, you confirm that you are the owner of the property, or are authorized by the owner to request information about it.

4. Estimates Are Not Guarantees

Any savings estimate, figure or example on the Site or provided by our partners is for general information only. Actual results depend on many factors, including your home, roof condition and orientation, shading, energy usage, utility rates and programs, equipment, financing terms and available incentives. Savings, incentives and financing are not guaranteed, and financing is subject to credit approval.

5. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting a form and checking the consent box, you agree that Michigan Energy Savings and its solar partners may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide, including by calls and text messages, about your solar estimate. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, unsubscribing from emails, or contacting us at info@michiganenergysave.com.

6. Third-Party Providers

Any agreement you make for solar equipment, installation or financing is solely between you and that provider, and is governed by that provider’s own terms. We are not a party to those agreements and are not responsible for the products, services, pricing, workmanship or conduct of any third-party provider. Please review any proposal or contract carefully before signing.

7. Your Information

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to submit requests only for yourself or a property you are authorized to represent. You may not submit information about another person without their permission.

8. Acceptable Use
